Location: Los Angeles, CA, USA
We are currently constructing a 262-unit apartment building with two retail spaces in Koreatown, Los Angeles. Construction began in January 2024 , and the podium deck has just been completed.
Provide on-site coordination and support to the Superintendent.
Open and secure the job site at the beginning and end of the workday.
Ensure strict adherence to project plans and specifications.
Schedule inspections, observations, and deputy services along the critical path.
Maintain quality control and safety compliance.
Communicate with the project team regarding RFIs and material submittals.
Keep a daily log with photos documenting job site activities.
Assist in creating and updating project schedules.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Identify and manage punch list completion tasks.
5+ years of experience in residential construction management.
Strong knowledge of subcontractor scopes, quality control, and field safety .
Ability to read and interpret construction plans .
Fluent in English and Korean , with professional communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD .
Physically capable of walking the job site, including stairs and elevated structures.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday (full-time).
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications).
