Training Program:
Duration: 4–6 weeks with 200–250 hours behind the wheel
Orientation: Paid $300
Travel and hotel provided
Assigned mentor and steady miles
After Training Pay:
Starting Pay: $0.56 CPM
Weekly Avg: $1,300
Miles: 1,600–2,200 per week
Raises every 3–6 months (up to $0.64 CPM)
Freight: 100% no touch | 50% drop and hook
Home Time: Every 14 days for 2 full days
