**Salary Range:** $40,000 - $75,000
**Role Overview:**
As a Certified Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness, you will play a crucial role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals. Your expertise will directly impact the health and well-being of our clients, fostering a supportive and motivating environment within our fitness community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct personalized fitness assessments and develop tailored workout programs for clients.
- Provide one-on-one and group training sessions that motivate and inspire members.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as necessary to ensure goals are met.
- Educate clients on fitness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Promote and sell personal training packages and memberships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
**Required Qualifications and Skills:**
- Certified Personal Trainer designation from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA).
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others towards their fitness goals.
- Knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and health principles.
**Preferred Experience:**
- Previous experience as a personal trainer, especially in a gym setting.
- Familiarity with fitness assessment tools and techniques.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
