The Luxury Pergola is a rapidly growing e-commerce business in Noblesville, IN. We are a family business of Amazon and IU alumni bringing the first ever motorized aluminum, pergolas direct to consumer. This product segment represents the largest growing product in the outdoor living segment of the United States commercial and residential market. Until now, it has been too expensive for many, but our new design allows it to be shipped straight to the customer to enjoy.

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling and a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our content strategy across multiple platforms, including our website, blog, social media, and marketing materials. You will work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to create content that promotes our brand, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's brand, audience, and business goals.
• Manage the content creation process from ideation to publication, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.
• Oversee and produce various types of content, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, social media posts, video scripts, and marketing copy.
• Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
• Conduct ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness, using analytics and feedback to iterate and improve content strategies.
• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure content is published by deadlines.
• Optimize content for search engines and lead generation.
• Contribute to the localization of content for different regions and audiences.
• Keep up-to-date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Content Manager, Copywriter, or similar role. Experience on Youtube is also ideal.
  
• Ability to invent and simplify new strategies and processes
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a portfolio of published work. Portfolio must be submitted with application .
• Excellent research, organizational, and project management skills.
  
• Experience and comfort with DaVinci Resolve
  
• Experience with RED Cinema Cameras and Sony Video Cameras
  
• Color Grading with R3D and Sony S-Log
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), keyword research tools, and social media platforms.
• Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
