Our pharma client is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join their

team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week.

This is hybrid in Mettawa, IL (Onsite 3 days, Remote 2 days)

Role Summary\

The Digital Project Manager is a full-time contract position that works closely with the Digital team to manage digital projects including field tools, websites, emails, banner ads, and applications.

Top Must Have Skills\

Experience in timelines/scoping and management of creative resources\ Managing projects producing digital deliverables (websites, interactive applications, eblasts, UI/UX, mobile rendering)\ Comfortable working with and interpreting clinical or scientific content\ Creating asset documentation and performing QC testing \ Additional Qualifications\ Bachelor\'s degree required\ Excellent communication skills: verbal, presentation, written\ High energy, positive, organized individual comfortable in a high-visibility role\ Ability to manage high volume project scope in a fast-paced creative environment\ Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details

Responsibilities\

Prepare or review project documentation to ensure digital submissions are prepared correctly\ Attend client meetings with the account manager and serve as key point of contact\ Facilitate ongoing, timely, and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget\ Assist with providing estimates and timelines\ Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule\ Track time on a daily basis\ Report onsite to Associate Director, Digital Accounts\ Partner with the creative team on project initiatives\ Adhere to all company-wide financial policies

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems,

confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
