On behalf of our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven LinkedIn DM and Email Marketing Specialist to support our client’s pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging EO/YPO/Vistage targets through personalized LinkedIn DMs, executing warm email marketing campaigns, and ensuring data accuracy and inbox health. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proven experience in outbound prospecting and email marketing..

**Key Responsibilities**
* **LinkedIn Outreach**
* Send approximately 50 personalized DMs per day from assigned profiles.
* Track all touches and replies in a centralized tracker.
* Achieve a minimum of 1,000 DMs per month with at least a 10% reply rate.
* **Inbox Management & Follow-Up**
* Triage incoming replies and prioritize hot leads.
* Book ExitAssessment calls or escalate leads to the founders.
* Maintain less than a 24-hour first response time.
* **Email Marketing & Campaign Support **
* Plan, prepare, and send warm email follow-ups using GMass or similar tools.
* Personalize emails with correct merge fields to ensure relevance.
* Run A/B testing on subject lines and content to improve open and click-through rates.
* Monitor deliverability and maintain spam flag rate below 0.3%.
* Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and deliverability hygiene.
* List Hygiene & Data Enrichment
* Verify lead data accuracy in Apollo.io (titles, company size, peer-group membership).
* Flag and clean inaccurate data to keep hard-bounce rates under 5%.
* **Ad Hoc Tasks**
* Assist with additional marketing, sales, or administrative projects as needed.
* Support special campaigns or outreach efforts outside of the standard scope.
* Provide data or reporting support upon request.
**Requirements**
* **1–2 years of experience in LinkedIn outbound prospecting, lead generation, or SDR roles.**
* **Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing or campaign execution.**
* Excellent written English, with the ability to mirror the founder’s tone and style.
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) for tracking touchpoints and outcomes.
* Basic understanding of email deliverability and inbox health (warm-ups, throttles, SPF/DKIM basics).
* Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GMass, Apollo.io, Slack, and Loom.
* Ability to work within PST hours (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**
* Familiarity with EO, YPO, and Vistage audiences.
* Experience with CRM or automation tools such as Zapier or HubSpot.
* Prior experience in B2B lead generation targeting executive-level decision makers.
