We're looking for a Recruiter and HR Generalist who is equal parts talent magnet, onboarding maestro, and culture builder to help us assemble the brightest minds tackling humanity’s biggest challenge. Realta Fusion is a rapidly growing start-up developing compact magnetic mirror fusion energy systems to address the biggest challenge of our time – tackling global climate change while ensuring a sufficient energy supply for at least ten billion people on (and off) earth. We are building a team with diverse talents dedicated to making fusion energy a real solution to humanity’s most pressing problem.
This Recruiter and HR Generalist will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract top talent and manage onboarding processes to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into Realta’s culture and operations. Approximately 50% of this role will focus on recruiting and onboarding new employees, while the remaining 50% will contribute to generalist responsibilities to enhance Realta Fusion’s People Operations function.
