In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, offering personalized support throughout the planning and booking process. You will be expected to provide outstanding service while coordinating travel arrangements, creating custom itineraries, and managing trip logistics from start to finish.

As a Vacation Planner, you’ll utilize your knowledge of travel destinations, booking tools, and customer preferences to design unique and stress-free getaways for individuals, families, and groups. • Tech proficiency – Familiarity with travel booking platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, or similar), Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.

  • Industry knowledge – A general understanding of destinations, travel trends, and travel insurance. Previous experience in the travel industry is highly preferred.

Benefits

We offer a collaborative and flexible work environment with opportunities to grow within the travel industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others create life-long memories through personalized travel planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Support:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or virtual consultations.

  • Provide expert guidance on travel destinations, package options, and available services.

  • Listen attentively to client preferences and craft tailored recommendations based on their travel style and budget.

Customized Trip Planning:

  • Design and curate personalized travel itineraries, ensuring all elements of the journey are cohesive and enjoyable.

  • Coordinate bookings with airlines, accommodations, car rental companies, and other service providers.

  • Arrange special services such as accessibility accommodations, event tickets, or guided tours upon request.

Booking & Documentation:

  • Handle all aspects of travel booking, including issuing tickets, processing payments, and confirming reservations.

  • Ensure clients have the proper documentation, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance.

  • Maintain records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Problem Resolution & Support During Travel:

  • Act as a reliable contact for clients during their travels, providing assistance in the event of changes, delays, or emergencies.

  • Liaise with vendors and partners to resolve any disruptions to the travel experience quickly and effectively.

Industry Research & Continuing Education:

  • Stay informed on emerging travel trends, popular destinations, and evolving industry standards.

  • Continually enhance your product knowledge to serve clients better and anticipate their needs.

  • Participate in training sessions, webinars, and familiarization trips as available.
