Position: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: Contract

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Deployments & Releases: Manage deployments and release activities.
Org & Sandbox Management: Maintain Salesforce environments efficiently.
Data & User Management: Oversee data operations and user access.
Automation & Enhancements: Develop automations and process improvements.
Development & Integration: Work with Apex, SOQL, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs for system enhancements.
ServiceNow Ticketing: Handle support requests and issue resolution.
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Weekend Support: Provide support for deployments and maintenance as required.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs
Proficiency in data load and deployment tools
Git/DevOps knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Strong analytical and communication skills
Availability for weekend maintenance and deployments
