Access Global Group Summit Salesforce Implementation Partner is expanding our team.
We are currently seeking a US Technical Recruiter for a fully remote role based across PAN India.

  • REQUIRED: REMOTE - Full time PAN India - EST Hours - US recruitment
  • Not open to 3rd party engagement
  • Strength in written and verbal communication and high detail for professional communication are critical 5-10+ Years in US and Domestic Technical Recruitment.
  • This is a Corporate IT Recruitment role, recruiting internally for our internal roles and managed services teams.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Excellent understanding and strength in hitting KPI's
  • Parsing specialized qualifications and skills for screening IT resumes
  • Sourcing potential candidates via professional platforms
  • Conducting task and job analysis for documenting job duties as well as requirements
  • Staying aware of new technological products as well as the latest trends
  • Promoting the reputation of our company and clients.
  • Participating in tech meetups and conferences for networking with talented IT professionals
  • Coordinating with team leaders for forecasting the hiring needs and setting the department goals
  • Crafting and sending recruiting emails to passive candidates with current open jobs
  • Performing pre-screening interviews to analyze the abilities of candidates
  • Interviewing candidates using various techniques (e.g. technical assessments, behavioral and structured questions)
  • Other duties as directed by leadership

Requirements

  • MUST BE TECHNICALLY SAVVY, MUST BE TECHNICALLY KNOWLEDGABLE
  • 7-10+ years prior experience as a US Technical Recruiter
  • Must be experienced with W2, 1099, recruitment
  • Must be well-versed in Visa and Work Authorizations
  • Technical recruiters must maintain and carefully develop a high-quality pool of candidates suitable for technical roles.
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • A solid technical background is needed to understand as well as explain requirements for IT-related jobs
  • Prior experience with conducting various types of interviews (e.g. structured, phone, Google Meet)
  • Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with various sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean search, social media recruiting, etc.)
  • Sound knowledge of all labor regulations and HR practices
  • Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
