Twist 'N Flip Gymnastics Colonie is looking for an Event Specialist to plan and run our camps, parties, and special events. We are located at 20 Petra Lane #6, Albany, NY 12205. Our ideal candidate is responsible, hard-working, creative, and personable!

During the school year, this position involves working Friday and Saturday afternoons/evenings to run birthday parties and special events. During school breaks and over the summer, this position entails planning and running camp programs during the day. With the right candidate, we hope to work out the exact details of the role together, including the schedule and specific responsibilities. The pace of work varies between being out on the floor running events and being in the office planning them!

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other directors to plan, staff, and run special events
• Set and continue strategies for growth

Requirements

• Good organization and time management

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• HIGH ENERGY AND HIGH CREATIVITY
• Experience in parties/camps/events preferred
• Experience working with kids preferred
