In this role, you will ensure Salesforce effectively supports our business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams. Responsibilities:
• System Administration: Manage and customize Salesforce, including user accounts, roles, profiles, workflows, permissions, and security settings.
• Customization: Configure and enhance the platform using tools like Process Builder, Flows, custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Data Management: Maintain data integrity through regular data cleansing, de-duplication, and importing/exporting data.
• User Support & Training: Troubleshoot end-user issues, deliver training, and create user documentation.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to meet business and stakeholder needs.
• Integration: Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to integrate Salesforce with other tools and platforms.
• System Upgrades: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, implement new features, and recommend platform enhancements.
• Process Optimization: Partner with stakeholders to identify business process improvements and implement solutions within Salesforce.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, and automation tools.
• Proficient in data management tools.
• Experience creating and managing reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exemplary time management abilities.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
Preferred Qualifications: • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
